Foreign Secretary David Lammy highlighted the volatile situation, stressing the urgency for British nationals to depart.
The flight, scheduled to leave Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport on Wednesday, will have a fee of £350 per seat.
Priority will be given to vulnerable individuals, but non-British dependants must have a visa to enter the UK.
Further flights will depend on demand and security conditions.
The Ministry of Defence has deployed nearly 700 troops to Cyprus in case a larger evacuation is necessary.
This comes amidst increasing tensions in the Middle East following an attack on Israel by Hamas on 7 October, which has since led to significant casualties and displacement in the region.
