Pro-Brexit activists hurled abuse and scrapped with police as they attempted to disrupt an anti-Brexit rally in London.
Crowds had gathered to protest against “Boris Johnson’s coup against the democratic process” and hear speeches from figures including anti-Brexit MP Anna Soubry and Owen Jones. However, scores of pro-Brexit counter-protesters attempted to provoke those assembled with chants and banners.
