Meeting with police chiefs at Downing Street, Starmer emphasized the mobility of violent offenders and called for shared intelligence, extended use of facial-recognition technology, and preventive measures like criminal behaviour orders.
Additionally, he warned social media giants that inciting violence online constitutes a crime, highlighting the need for law enforcement in digital spaces.
