The clip starts in an unidentifiable tunnel in the capital as the person filming approaches the black Mercedes V class van.

One person can he heard saying: "Man's getting head!"

In the next scene the woman's head can be seen moving up and down over the man's lap, appearing to look like a sex act.

As the car pulls up next to the van, the woman sits up and the driver looks at the camera and moves forward to cover her face.

He can be seen angrily showing his middle finger to the lads in the car who are filming.

They can be heard in hysterics, squealing with laughter.

The video racked up more than 35,000 views on Instagram.

Many hit out at those who filmed the outrageous scene.

One said: “Let man do his ting.”

Another wrote: “Can’t be disturbing man like that.”
