Shriti Vadera appointed as Chancellor’s external adviser on G20 delivery

Shriti Vadera has been appointed as an unpaid external adviser to the Chancellor of the Exchequer, with a remit covering delivery of the G20 and other international innovative finance issues.

The appointment began on 21 October 2026 and is due to conclude on 31 July 2027.

Established procedures for declaring and managing interests have been followed in relation to the appointment. Its terms of reference have also been published.
