Using London Daily
These terms apply to the website, comments and The Exchange. Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Exchange accounts and listings are for adults aged eighteen or over. Keep your account secure and provide honest information.
Discussion with substance
Disagreement is welcome. Threats, harassment, unlawful hatred, defamation, impersonation, fraud, spam and disclosure of another person’s private information are not. Publish only material you have the right to share. Use the available reporting tools for harmful comments or bad listings.
Your contributions
You retain your rights in material you submit. You give London Daily a non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcribe, format and display it as part of the service, including publication of recordings and transcripts. This does not transfer ownership. Removal may leave necessary security, dispute and legal records; copies shared by others may remain.
Moderation
We may review, restrict or remove content, or suspend access, where reasonably necessary to address unlawful material, abuse, security risks or breaches of these terms. Disagreement with our editorial position is not, by itself, a reason for removal. Verification does not guarantee someone’s identity, qualifications or honesty.
The Exchange
Browsing and listing are free. Only lawful offers are permitted. Advertisers must accurately describe their offer, disclose material costs and conditions, and identify themselves as traders where applicable. Buyers and sellers are responsible for checking offers and agreeing transactions. London Daily provides the platform; it is not the seller, employer, landlord or guarantor. Demo listings are examples, not genuine offers. Read the auction and listing rules before participating.
Content and reliability
News, analysis and AI-generated material may contain errors and are not individual legal, financial or medical advice. Check important claims before relying on them. Respect copyright: sharing a link is welcome; rights in articles, images and third-party material remain with their respective owners. Availability and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Fair limits
Nothing here removes your statutory rights or excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We may update these terms for changes to the service or law, with reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Changes do not retrospectively alter completed transactions.
