Tesco resolves online shopping issues that affected hundreds of customers across the UK.
Tesco has resolved a technical issue that disrupted online grocery orders for several customers.
The problem, which began around 9:30 AM on February 19, 2025, caused everyday items like bread and milk to appear as unavailable during checkout.
The website and app experienced problems, with over 200 faults logged by 2:00 PM, affecting customers from Surrey to Scotland.
Some users reported that up to 20 items in their baskets were affected.
By 5:00 PM, Tesco confirmed that the issue had been fixed, and customers were able to complete their orders as normal.
A Tesco spokesperson apologized for the inconvenience caused and confirmed that all customers could update their baskets as usual.
