A woman who was born and raised in the same house for 105 years has vowed she will never leave.
Elsie Allcock was born in the two-bed property in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire, and later bought it with her late husband for £250.
During her time there, she has witnessed the end of World War One and Two, five different heads of state, and 22 British prime ministers.
Now, Elsie lives in the house with her 76-year-old son, Raymond.
Despite her age, Elsie is still very active around the house and enjoys gardening, doing jigsaws and word searches.
Her story has captured the hearts of many and has been shared by millions on social media.
"I've never left and I won't.
They'll have to take me from here," she said.
Elsie's house has been a part of her life for so long that it holds a lot of memories, from her childhood to her time as a mother and now as a grandmother.
The house is not just a place of residence but a reflection of her life and the lives of her family.
The BBC East Midlands met with Elsie and her son Raymond to hear more about their story.
Video journalist Alex Thorp captured the moments and shared it with the world.
