Your details, handled with care.
LondonDaily.com uses your name, email and phone to administer your account, verify contact details, review listings and facilitate enquiries. Your email and phone are not embedded in public pages. They are disclosed to a signed-in, verified enquirer when they request contact on your approved listing. Business names and trading addresses supplied for trader listings are public. By submitting a listing you request this contact-sharing service.
Your selfie is private and only available to authorised moderators. Hold the displayed challenge note in the photo. A person checks it; we do not create facial templates or perform automated biometric matching. This confirms the review of a supplied selfie, not a government identity check. Selfies are removed within seven days of a decision or thirty days after submission, whichever applies first. If review is delayed you may need to submit a fresh image.
Email and SMS providers receive the destination and one-time verification message. Codes expire after ten minutes and have five attempts. No verification is claimed if a provider is not configured or delivery fails. The site uses the existing essential login cookie; local browser storage keeps saved listings and isolated demo bids. No payment-card details are collected.
Account and listing records remain while your account is active; reports, offer records and moderation audit entries are retained to investigate disputes. Contact the publication through its existing contact channel to request access, correction or account deletion. The operator must assess any records that need lawful retention and respond to rights requests. Withdrawing a listing hides it immediately. Do not upload passports, medical records, documents about third parties or sensitive information.
The publication operates this service. Before opening to real advertisers, the operator must publish its legal entity/contact details and applicable data-protection information through the main website’s privacy/contact pages. This page describes the implemented workflow, not a claim of independently audited compliance.
