Caleb, a young boy from Cardiff who was suffering from up to 60 seizures a day due to epilepsy, underwent brain surgery in the US in January 2022 to address the condition.
After the surgery, his seizures initially reduced to occurring every 10 days. However, they have since increased to about eight to 10 seizures a night.
Caleb's parents have been informed by their surgeon that a second brain operation could provide further help.
They have raised funds to cover the costs of the second operation, which is estimated at £120,000, and have received significant support from their community and beyond.
