Prince Harry Expresses Concerns About UK Safety for His Children
Prince Harry has stated he doesn't see the UK as a safe home for his children due to security concerns.
In a High Court hearing, his legal team argued against decisions made by the Home Office regarding his family's security after he moved to the US in 2020.
Despite Harry's absence at the hearing, his legal representative, Shaheed Fatima KC, emphasized that Harry did not choose to step back as a senior royal but felt compelled due to safety issues.
Harry's lawsuit challenges a 2020 decision by Ravec to alter his security coverage, claiming the move was 'unlawful and unfair'. While much of the trial was sealed for confidentiality, his lawyer argued Harry was treated unfavorably and Ravec lacked a proper risk analysis.
The Government has defended its stance, stating each case is handled individually. The judgment is pending, as this is one of several legal battles Harry is engaged in, including several against the media.
