Trustees at the University of Kentucky have approved a series of academic and financial measures, including changes to degree programmes, the acceptance of major research grants and the purchase of a prominent property adjacent to campus.

During a scheduled board meeting, members voted to advance revisions affecting several academic offerings, part of a broader effort to streamline curricula and align programmes with evolving workforce demands.
