UK Declares National Salmonella Outbreak Linked to Imported Eggs

The UK Health Security Agency has recorded more than two hundred confirmed Salmonella Enteritidis cases and one death across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with investigators tracing the outbreak to contaminated imported eggs distributed through the food supply chain.
