Two Teenagers Killed in Motorbike Crash in Wrexham

Fatal incident involving a yellow Honda motorcycle prompts police investigation.
Two teenagers have tragically died following a late-night motorbike crash in Wrexham, North Wales.

The collision occurred shortly before 11 PM on Friday on Wrexham Road in New Broughton.

Both victims, aged 18 and 19, were riding a yellow Honda 125cc motorcycle when they were involved in a single-vehicle incident.

Emergency services responded and transported the teenagers to a local hospital in Wrexham, but they succumbed to their injuries.

North Wales Police were alerted to the crash by the ambulance service.

Following the incident, the road connecting Coed Efa Lane and Dale Road was closed for forensic investigation but has since been reopened to traffic.

The families of the deceased have been notified and are receiving support from specialist officers.

Sergeant Liam Morris of the serious collision investigation unit expressed condolences to those affected by the incident, emphasizing the importance of gathering information.

He requested that any witnesses to the collision or motorists with dashcam footage of the motorcycle prior to the crash come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.

Police are urging individuals with relevant information to reach out via the force's website or by calling the non-emergency number, referencing case number 25000236736.

The investigation seeks to determine the circumstances surrounding this fatal crash.
