The episode unfolded on Wednesday afternoon when emergency services were dispatched to a residential property on Boulton Road at approximately 3.50pm.
The London Fire Brigade reported that they responded to calls about an odor resembling gas emanating from the location.
Firefighters conducted a thorough sweep of the premises to detect any elevated levels of gas but did not find any.
Meanwhile, the London Ambulance Service sent multiple resources, including ambulance crews, a clinical team manager, and members of its Hazardous Area Response Team.
Two people received treatment on-site before being transported to the hospital for further medical attention.
