Delete All Texts On Your Phone If You See These 2 Words

“com-track” or “com-toll”. If either of these appears in a text message link, delete the message right away.
What’s Going On:

Scammers—many from organized groups in China—are targeting iPhone and Android users with fake text messages. These messages look like they’re from delivery companies, toll agencies, or banks. They claim you owe a fee or need to take urgent action.

But they’re fake. And the links they include will lead you to a phishing site that steals your credit card details, passwords, or login info.

Red Flags to Watch For:

Any link that includes “com-track” or “com-toll”
Links that end in strange website endings like .TOP, .CYOU, or .XIN
Texts pretending to be from companies like Shein, USPS, UPS, your bank, or toll agencies
“Wrong number” messages that quickly turn into requests or links
Urgent messages about package delivery, account problems, or crypto alerts
What To Do:

Never click on any links in suspicious text messages
Don’t reply — not even to say “Stop” or “Unsubscribe”
Delete the message immediately
If unsure, go to the company’s official website yourself — don’t use the link in the text
Why It Matters:

In 2024 alone, Americans lost $470 million to text scams
One scam group sent over a million fake links in 20 days
Scam texts are increasing rapidly, with fake package and toll messages leading the surge
Simple Rule:

If you didn’t expect the message, don’t trust it.
If you see “com-track” or “com-toll,” delete it immediately.
