TV Doctor Strikes Off: Dr. Tijion Esho Sanctioned for Botox-Sex Deal
A TV cosmetic doctor, Dr. Tijion Esho, has been struck off the medical register after admitting to exchanging Botox treatments for sex with a patient.
The incident took place at his clinic in Newcastle.
Dr. Esho appeared on various shows including ITV's This Morning, BBC's Morning Live, and E4's Body Fixers.
He denied the relationship was physical but the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) found him guilty of misconduct.
The MPTS announced on Saturday that Dr. Esho would be erased from the medical register.
A doctor named Dr. Esho will have the reasons for his sanction explained next week.
He admitted to exchanging inappropriate sexual messages with a patient, referred to as Patient A, on Instagram.
However, he denied having any physical sexual contact with her, as she provided sex services via OnlyFans and webcams.
The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS) in Manchester ruled that Dr. Esho did have sexual intercourse with Patient A at his clinic in Newcastle in 2021 and administered Botox to her for free.
The panel also found that he told her he "could get away with giving her Botox in exchange for sexual services." A medical panel found that doctor Oluwafemi Esho had sexually motivated contact with a patient, identified as Patient A, during previous consultations.
The panel determined that Patient A was not vulnerable due to her profession.
Dr. Esho admitted to letting down many people and acknowledged that his behavior as a medical professional was unacceptable.
However, he maintained that there was no physical sexual contact between him and the patient.
