Trump Proposes Land Concessions to End Ukraine War

President Trump has suggested that both Ukraine and Russia would need to cede territory as part of any peace agreement to end the war.

In an interview, he said he intends to hold a 'feel-out meeting' with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska and will know within minutes if progress is possible.

Trump described the proposal as involving 'land swapping,' noting that Russia controls 'very prime territory,' while European leaders and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy warned that concessions would not halt further Russian aggression.
