A picture taken shortly before boarding shows the pair smiling in orange life jackets.

Human remains were recovered from the submersible more than a week after the fatal implosion that killed all five on board.

The Dawood family held a memorial service to thank everyone who tried to rescue the father and son.

The family believes that the father and son have enriched their lives beyond measure and will take forward their legacy.
