Top Hollywood Agent Slams Meghan, Duchess of Sussex as 'Not a Great Talent' After Spotify Podcast Deal is Axed

Top Hollywood agent Jeremy Zimmer of United Talent Agency (UTA) has reportedly criticized Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, after her Spotify podcast deal was axed.

Zimmer described Meghan as "not a great talent" during a discussion on podcasting at the Cannes Lions advertising festival in France.

The comments come after Spotify executive Bill Simmons labeled Meghan and Prince Harry "f****** grifters" following the announcement that they were being dropped from the platform for reportedly not creating enough content.

Only 12 episodes of Meghan's podcast "Archetypes," which aimed to investigate, dissect, and subvert the labels that try to hold women back, were made following the signing of the 2020 deal, reported to be worth $20 million.
