X, formerly known as Twitter, has introduced a new subscription plan called "Premium+" priced at $16 per month. This subscription offers ad-free browsing and promises the "largest reply boost" on the platform.

It builds on the features of the existing Blue subscription plan, priced at $3 per month, and the Premium Plan at $8 per month. Premium+ subscribers will also receive a blue tick next to their profile names and a visible ID verification label.

X has been making several changes and introducing subscription plans since it was acquired by Elon Musk, including charging for previously free features and rebranding as an "everything app" called X.
