Stunning £750,000 home in Brixton that could be yours for just £2

Stunning £750,000 home in Brixton that could be yours for just £2

To say that getting onto the property ladder in London is tricky is an understatement.

But how does getting a £750k house in South East London for £2 sound? Too good to be true?

But it's not.

Company Raffle House is offering the chance to own a stunning two-bedroom house in Brixton, and all you have to do is buy a raffle ticket - and the money raised goes to charity.

Not only do you get the keys to the newly renovated property, but Stamp Duty is paid and you get £3,000 to cover bills for the first year.

The last winner of the raffle won a £500K apartment in London as well as a brand new Land Rover - and Raffle House covered all the legal fees associated with the move too.

The competition raised a further £11,000 for its two homelessness charities, Housing for Women and Centrepoint, meaning in total the company has raised £25,000 so far.

The property is spacious and even has a garden

Benno Spencer, CEO of Raffle House, said: "We founded Raffle House with the aim of giving as many people as possible the chance to get on the property ladder for the first time through the purchase of low-cost tickets.

"Not only that, but we are pleased to have also been able to make sizable donations to two incredible charities, supporting the critical work they do in the homeless community.

"We are already raising even more for them, and we look forward to announcing a second homeowner through our next competition in time for Christmas."

For more information, to take a virtual tour and to buy tickets visit the Raffle House website. The competition launched on August 1 and will close on November 30, 2020.
