The coroner, Graeme Hughes, has found that she had researched suicide methods online before her death. Mr. Hughes has expressed concern that more people may be at risk of dying by using forums that discuss suicide methods.

Bronwen Morgan had been diagnosed with an emotionally unstable personality disorder, as revealed during the inquest held at Pontypridd coroner's court in October. Despite her struggles, she was described by her family as "bright and beautiful."

The coroner's report indicates that Ms. Morgan had actively participated in discussion forums where suicide methods were being discussed, and she sought advice from other users on these platforms. Mr. Hughes is worried about the availability of websites that facilitate or promote suicide, especially for individuals like Ms. Morgan who were vulnerable due to their diagnosed mental illness or other factors.

As a result of his findings, the coroner has submitted a prevention of future deaths report to both the UK and Welsh governments, urging them to take action to remove, limit, or mitigate the availability of such websites. Additionally, the report mentions that a BBC investigation has linked the forum in question to more than 50 deaths in the UK, highlighting the serious consequences of these online platforms.
