Hall was last seen leaving her residence in Tow Law, County Durham, at approximately 3 PM on Tuesday.
Her vehicle, a red Ford Focus, was discovered parked on Wednesday along the B6278, in a remote moorland area situated between Eggleston and Stanhope.
The search efforts for Hall have been extensive, involving police officers, mountain rescue teams, and sniffer dogs, complemented by air support from HM Coastguard.
As of Friday, the search operations have expanded to cover a distance of 100 miles, with particular focus on familiar running trails Hall has frequented between Eggleston and Hamsterley.
Durham Constabulary reported that the challenging weather conditions and difficult terrain have not hindered the search, which remains actively ongoing.
Digital intelligence officers have been utilizing technology to trace Hall's movements, examining her mobile phone, smartwatch, and various running applications.
However, no significant leads have emerged from this effort.
Chief Inspector Dean Haythornthwaite has stated that the police have become increasingly worried about Hall's safety since her disappearance.
As the search continues, authorities are pursuing all possible lines of inquiry to locate the missing runner.
Jenny Hall is described as a white female, approximately six feet tall, with dark brown hair, which may have been styled in a ponytail at the time of her disappearance.
She was last observed wearing a blue John Deere hoodie and dark jogging bottoms, and she may have been carrying a green jacket.
