The first round of political consultations held between Saudi Arabia and Costa Rica. The consultations took place in the Costa Rican capital, San Jose, and involved discussions between Saudi Arabia's Vice Foreign Minister, Eng. Waleed Al-Khuraiji, and his Costa Rican counterpart, Alejandro Solano Ortiz.
During the meeting, the two ministers explored ways to develop and enhance bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Costa Rica across various fields. They also addressed regional and international issues and the respective efforts made by the two countries in relation to those issues.
The Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Peru, Dr. Hassan Al-Ansari, who also serves as the non-resident ambassador to Costa Rica, was present during the round of consultations. This meeting signifies efforts to strengthen diplomatic ties and cooperation between the two nations.
