Russia Threatens Retaliation Against Ukrainian Officials Over Moscow Attack

In the aftermath of an attack on a suburban Moscow concert hall which resulted in at least 40 fatalities and 100 injuries, Russia has issued a severe warning.

Former President Dmitry Medvedev stated that if any involvement of Ukrainian leaders is confirmed, Russia would not hesitate to eliminate them.

Medvedev asserted that responsible individuals, should they be identified as connected to the Ukrainian regime, will be treated as terrorists and dealt with accordingly. This statement follows the tragic firearms incident just outside Moscow.
