Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean expressed gratitude for the support from the allies and vowed to resist Russia's efforts.
The allies also highlighted Russia's broader attempts to subvert democratic elections globally.
The Russian embassy in Washington has not commented on the allegations.
