The British luxury car company, under BMW's ownership, slightly surpassed its previous year's sales record by delivering 6,032 vehicles to customers in 2023.

The boost in sales was fueled by the popularity of models such as the Cullinan, Ghost, Phantom, and particularly the Spectre, according to the firm based in Goodwood.

The United States remains the top market for Rolls-Royce, followed by rebounds in China and Hong Kong after COVID restrictions eased. Europe, including the UK, broke sales records too, while bespoke designs drove sales in the Middle East.

Rolls-Royce also benefited from South Korea's robust economy, witnessing a rise in luxury purchases. New CEO Chris Brownridge heralded 2023 as an exceptionally strong year, noting impressive sales across all regions and products, with particular enthusiasm for the Spectre and the brand's electric direction.

Brownridge highlighted the record number of personalized orders as evidence of Rolls-Royce's prestigious position in the luxury market, allowing unique client customization. He expressed eagerness to sustain the company's growth with the support of the Rolls-Royce team.

In response to growing demand, Rolls-Royce increased its West Sussex staff by 180 in 2023, bringing the total workforce to over 2,500 employees.
