Revolution Beauty CEO to Step Down in Peace Deal with Boohoo

Holt was ousted by Revolution shareholders at its annual meeting and reappointed just hours later.

The deal is expected to resolve a bitter fight between the two companies and is believed to include assurances that voting decisions at a forthcoming Revolution EGM will be upheld and not subsequently overturned.

Boohoo has accused Revolution of riding roughshod over corporate governance best practice by reappointing the executives immediately after they were removed at its annual meeting.
