He questioned why Israel continues to be treated as if it is above international law, especially in light of the ongoing suffering of Palestinians in Gaza.

Sheikh Tamim condemned the indiscriminate killing of Palestinian civilians, including women and children, and the bombing of hospitals and shelters. He criticized the international system for its indifference and for allowing justifications for such actions to become commonplace.

The emir reaffirmed Qatar's historical support for the Palestinian cause and called on the international community to provide unconditional humanitarian aid to Gaza. He emphasized the necessity of UN teams investigating Israeli claims used to justify hospital bombings.

Sheikh Tamim urged for decisive action against the crimes in Gaza, stating that mere condemnations are insufficient. He called for deterrent steps to stop Israel's aggression, highlighting its threat to both Arab and Islamic national security and the security of other countries.

Concluding his speech, the emir underscored the need for a sustainable solution based on international legitimacy, the Arab Peace Initiative, and the Palestinian people's right to self-determination in an independent state. He also commended Saudi Arabia for hosting the summit during this critical period in the region.
