Kensington Palace has confirmed that the Prince of Wales will attend the Euro 2024 final in Berlin on Sunday to support England as they face Spain.

The Prince will be accompanied by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer.

Prince William, president of the Football Association (FA), previously watched England defeat Switzerland and Denmark in earlier rounds.

Following England's semi-final win over the Netherlands, where Ollie Watkins scored a last-minute decisive goal, Prince William congratulated the team online.

The King also sent his best wishes to the team for the upcoming final.

Thousands of England fans are expected to attend the match at the Olympiastadion, which will kick off at 20:00 BST.

Retailers like Sainsbury's, Lidl, and Tesco are adjusting their opening times to accommodate the event, and a surge in sales of beer, burgers, and pizza is anticipated.

The Wireless music festival will end early to allow fans to watch the game.
