MGN is the publisher of the Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, and Sunday People.

Harry claims that his life was "invaded" by the newspapers using unlawful methods.

The trial began last month, and Harry is expected to face hours of questioning in the witness box on Tuesday.

The case is focused on allegations of unlawful information gathering by MGN journalists, with senior editors and executives aware of the activity.

Harry's lawyer claims there is no evidence that his phone was hacked, but suggests that Princess Diana's phone may have been hacked.

The trial is expected to last several weeks and involve more than 100 witnesses.

Prince Harry is due to attend the High Court for the second time this year as part of a legal battle against the publisher of the Daily and Sunday Mail tabloids.

The case is related to phone hacking and there is no suggestion of any other unlawful activity.

Some information in the case has come from royal aides.

Harry is also involved in several other legal battles with the British press, including a similar case against Rupert Murdoch's British newspaper arm.

He has accused his family and their aides in his memoir and Netflix documentary series of colluding with tabloids, but the palace has not commented on these accusations.
