Harry and around 100 others claim that senior editors and executives at MGN knew about and approved of the wrongdoing.
MGN denies the accusations and argues that there is no evidence for them.
During the trial, Harry testified that he believed phone-hacking took place on an industrial scale at MGN's titles.
The court may also consider whether Harry is entitled to aggravated damages.
The trial has concluded and the judge's ruling is pending.
