Police Seek Suspect in Antisemitic Incident at Liverpool Street Station
An Elizabeth Line passenger was verbally and physically assaulted in an antisemitic attack, prompting a police appeal for information.

The incident occurred on October 4th at approximately 11:30 PM, when a passenger on the Elizabeth Line was targeted with anti-Jewish abuse.
The victim, who was waiting on the platform of the busy station, endured a barrage of antisemitic insults from an unidentified man.
The situation escalated as the victim attempted to distance himself, only for the assailant to continue his verbal tirade before launching a physical attack.
In response to this distressing event, the British Transport Police have released a CCTV image of the suspect they wish to interrogate in connection to the crime.
The image is accompanied by a plea to the public: those who can identify the individual are encouraged to contact authorities promptly.
"We are keen to speak to this individual as part of our ongoing investigation," a police spokesperson stated.
"It's imperative that behavior of this nature is addressed, and we urge anyone with information to come forward."
