Police Intensify Search for Missing 14-Year-Old Schoolgirl in the UK
Talailah Francis has been unaccounted for since January 25, with recent sightings reported across London.
Authorities across multiple police forces in the United Kingdom are conducting a concerted search for 14-year-old Talailah Francis, who has been missing for over two weeks.
Talailah, a resident of Brent, is believed to have traveled from the North West of England and East Anglia before going missing.
The last confirmed sighting of Talailah took place on January 25 at the Whittlesford Service Station in Cambridge.
Subsequent reports suggest possible sightings in various locations in London, including Hackney, Lambeth, Enfield, and Southwark.
Notably, she was captured on CCTV footage at a London Underground station.
Prior to her disappearance in London, Merseyside Police had issued an appeal for information after Talailah was seen in Walton, where she boarded a bus heading towards Liverpool city centre, approximately 230 miles from her home.
The Metropolitan Police have described Talailah as a black female, standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall, with black hair styled in blonde braids.
At the time she went missing, she was reportedly wearing a navy gilet, black leggings, and tan-colored Ugg boots.
A spokesperson from the Metropolitan Police expressed concern for Talailah’s welfare and has urged the public to come forward with any information that could assist in locating her.
Authorities have advised anyone who may have seen Talailah or has pertinent information to contact them by calling 101, citing CAD4485/26JAN25, or to dial 999 in the case of an immediate sighting.
