Saudi Arabia's Justice Ministry has reported significant usage of its e-judicial services platform "Najiz," with over 7.7 million beneficiaries in October 2023. The platform's four gates—individuals, businesses, lawyers, and government entities—served more than 6.1 million people, while the Najiz app catered to 1.6 million users. These services allow users to conduct and complete requests remotely, eliminating the need to visit judicial headquarters.

Najiz provided over 12 million judicial services and 9 million e-services for enforcement during the same period, along with 5.5 million various notarization services. In October 2023, the Ministry introduced new services on the platform, including additional account activation for establishments on Najiz Business and payment services for Judicial Costs through the Najiz app. Users can also attend sessions through the Najiz Business and Najiz Government portals.

Justice Minister Dr. Walid Al-Samaani previously launched the Najiz portal, accessible through the National Unified Portal (Nafath). Offering more than 160 services, Najiz eliminates the need for physical visits to judicial facilities, marking a significant shift towards enhancing service quality and developing digital government.
