Nearly Seven in Ten UK Small Businesses Delay or Cancel Growth Plans as Costs Rise

A survey of British small businesses found that sixty-nine percent had postponed or abandoned expansion plans over the past year, with VAT, wages, employer National Insurance and energy costs among the main pressures on cash flow.
