National Health Service Approves Teplizumab Treatment to Delay Onset of Type One Diabetes in First European Rollout

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has approved the rollout of Teplizumab across England, making the United Kingdom the first European country to offer the treatment, which can delay the onset of symptomatic type one diabetes by an average of three years in both children and adults.
