MPs to grill ITV executives over Phillip Schofield's affair scandal

MPs are set to question ITV executives over Phillip Schofield's affair with a younger male colleague.

The Prince's Trust dropped Schofield as an ambassador, and ITV said it had investigated "rumors" of the relationship in 2020.

Schofield has admitted to the affair and been dropped by his talent agency.

Dr Ranj Singh, a former This Morning resident doctor, has also spoken out about a "toxic" culture on the show, saying it goes beyond Schofield.

Schofield has denied any toxicity on the show.

The House of Commons culture, media and sport select committee will question ITV executives next week during a televised session.
