Met Office Warns Major El Niño Could Bring Stormier, Wetter Autumn to UK

The Met Office says a developing Pacific El Niño could be the strongest in more than a century, increasing the risk of unusually wet and stormy conditions across the United Kingdom and north-western Europe this autumn.
