Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has confirmed his willingness to participate in TV debates.

However, he has not committed to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak's suggestion of weekly head-to-heads.

Starmer mentioned he is open to debating with the PM 'once or a hundred times' but is certain that Sunak will claim 'everything is fine,' a statement frequently heard during Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs).
