The company, which was focused on airport car rental, pivoted to become a peer-to-peer vehicle-sharing platform in 2021 but faced challenges due to the pandemic's impact on international travel.
Karshare has facilitated roughly 20,000 journeys since the beginning of 2021 and has raised approximately £10m since its launch.
The company traded in UK cities including Bristol, London, and Manchester.
Former investors include Nigel Wray and Founders Factory, as well as a crowdfunding campaign on the Seedrs platform.
