Three protesters from the group "Just Stop Oil" vandalized London's historic Wellington Arch, which was completed in 1827, by spraying orange paint on it. The Grade I-listed structure, located where Hyde Park meets Green Park, was defaced with the group's logo.
The Metropolitan Police arrested three individuals on suspicion of criminal damage in response to the incident. The protesters expressed their frustration with the government's inaction on climate change and the continued reliance on fossil fuels.
