Jolly Ranchers Banned in the UK Over Health Concerns

Jolly Ranchers, the popular American candy, has been banned in the United Kingdom due to health concerns after UK regulators flagged the presence of mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons, or MOAH, which are considered genotoxic carcinogens.

Retailers have been advised to stop selling the products and recall any affected stock, while consumers are urged to avoid consuming the candy despite the immediate health risk being described as low.
