The incident occurred on Valentine’s Day, when Lisa Smith, 43, was fatally shot outside the Three Horseshoes pub in Knockholt, Kent.
The shooting took place shortly after 7 pm as Lisa Smith was with a female friend at the pub.
Witnesses describe a scene of confusion and panic as patrons reacted to the unfolding tragedy, with the pub's landlady, Michelle Thomas, recalling customers screaming and crying.
Reports indicate that approximately 50 people were present in the establishment at the time of the shooting.

Authorities believe he entered the River Thames shortly thereafter.
Detective Chief Inspector David Higham indicated that police have obtained "good, reliable witness evidence" confirming the suspect’s descent into the river.
Although a body was seen on Saturday, it became submerged before recovery operations could take place.
Higham expressed confidence in the investigation’s direction and stated that subsequent search efforts had been conducted with assistance from the Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade, and the Coastguard, yet no body has been recovered thus far.
Searches of the river's various locations are ongoing.
Higham’s statement emphasized the extensive nature of the investigation into the murder of Lisa Smith, who is described as a beloved daughter and mother.
