Despite her ongoing treatment, she reassured the public of her well-being and recovery process.

Kate, 42, stayed in the hospital for two weeks earlier this year due to a non-cancerous condition, but further examinations revealed cancer. She and her husband, Prince William, have been dealing with the news in private, particularly concerning their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Kensington Palace confirmed Kate's chemotherapy started in February and that she will remain out of the public eye until after Easter. They have not disclosed further details about her cancer. This news comes after King Charles also announced his cancer treatment, which has led him to reschedule his royal engagements.

Kate emphasized the importance of explaining her health situation to her children in an age-appropriate manner and thanked them for their support. She has not attended any public events since Christmas Day.
