Households Near New UK Electricity Pylons to Receive £250 Annual Energy Bill Discount

The government will provide households living near newly built high-voltage transmission pylons with a £250 reduction in annual energy bills at more than 40 locations as Britain undertakes its largest electricity-grid upgrade since the 1960s.
