Frank Southall, from Worcester, experienced shock after his hotel booking in Cardiff was cancelled and the price more than doubled following the announcement of Oasis's reunion tour.

Southall had booked a room for two nights in advance of the band's 2025 concerts.

Booking.com informed him 12 hours later that his reservation was canceled due to a 'technical error' and could no longer guarantee the room.

Booking.com emphasized that violations of their terms would result in action against partner hotels.

Southall is currently in limbo, having paid one hundred and eighty-six pounds, with the same room now costing five hundred and ninety-seven pounds.

Oasis will start their comeback tour at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on 4 and 5 July, with tickets on sale this Saturday.

Booking.com affirmed its commitment to ensuring partners honor confirmed bookings or offer viable alternatives.
