Home Office Designates Iranian and Russian Paramilitary Groups as National Security Threats
The United Kingdom has formally classified the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Russian military intelligence-linked Volunteer Corps as threats under expanded state security powers. The designations give authorities greater powers to investigate funding networks, arrest suspected operatives, and disrupt activities linked to foreign organisations.
