Heroic Efforts Aboard Singapore Airlines Flight During Turbulence
Toby Pearl, a healthcare worker from Wales, performed CPR for 30 minutes on a passenger who had a heart attack during severe turbulence on a Singapore Airlines flight. Despite his efforts and the assistance of a doctor and nurse, the passenger passed away. The airline has since provided support to the passengers.
Toby Pearl, a 21-year-old healthcare worker from Abergavenny, Wales, performed CPR on a passenger who suffered a fatal heart attack aboard a Singapore Airlines flight from London Heathrow to Singapore.
The plane encountered severe turbulence over the Indian Ocean, leading to injuries among several passengers.
Despite being injured himself, Pearl assisted Geoff Kitchen, 73, with the help of a doctor and a nurse, but unfortunately, Kitchen passed away.
The flight made an emergency landing, and the airline has provided support to the passengers, including Pearl and his friend, Liam James-Morris.
